RINGBA: Using AI to Find the Hidden Data In Every In-Coming Call

Seasoned marketers know that the best campaign will fall short if they cannot connect its strategies to actual results. Companies may achieve sales, but where did those customers come from? Perhaps nowhere is this more difficult to determine than with incoming sales calls, yet each one holds the potential for a wealth of insights into customer behavior. Enter RINGBA, the call-tracking software company that offers performance-oriented solutions for businesses with sophisticated lead generation teams. Founded by CSO Harrison Gevirtz, RINGBA uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize call tracking, call analytics, call attribution, big data, and interactive voice response. We reached out to Harrison to get his insights into RINGBA, including why its AI-platform has become the #2 player in the call tracking industry.

“When I created RINGBA, I had two goals: I wanted to give our clients unparalleled real-time tracking and analytics, and most of all, I wanted to be fair about it – no contracts, no minimums, and no overages,” says Harrison. “We all know how rapidly machine learning is improving how we do business, and it was important to me that any company be able to leverage RINGBA’s features. Our customers are able to use what they need, when they need it, which is as it should be.”

Harrison has an extensive background in the industry, having worked as an enterprise contact center specialist and launched his own affiliate network, EWA Network. Much of his online focus has been on affiliate marketing, where analytics rule.

“So much of your ROI, as any marketer knows, depends on the data you can mine from your incoming calls,” Harrison explains. “A phone call is more than just a phone call – but only if you have the software to capture the data behind it and pull out insights. That is what RINGBA is doing: it is using AI and 21st-century technology to put media buying and click arbitrage on a massive scale. It powers your entire call business.”

The AdTech engineers, product designers, and marketers at RINGBA created software that centers on five features: Call Tracking, Interactive Voice Response, Ring Tree, White Label, and Instant Caller Profile. Users are able to:

  • Automate their call flow, dynamically route based on performance, manage partners, and load-balance their calls in real time,
  • Pre-qualify potential clients, improve customer experiences, and automate customer service workflows,
  • Integrate with the world’s largest call buyers inside their own private, real-time bidding marketplace,
  • Power their pay-per-call network or digital agency,
  • Use RINGBA’s real-time caller data enrichment to make data-driven decisions before a call is received,
  • Connect with consumers in 60+ countries.

“RINGBA is helping businesses to track and optimize their marketing campaigns, and that is key to improving their ROI,” says Harrison. “Its AI-powered features are why businesses, pay-per-call networks, agencies, and performance marketers prefer it over any other platform.”

RINGBA will be showcasing its products and services at the Affiliate Summit West 2023 conference in Las Vegas as well as at other shows throughout the year. The company is also working to help publishers, buyers, and marketers improve their lead generation efforts through webinars and its new podcast, The Affiliate Marketing Show.

“The business world is changing rapidly because of AI and ML, and yesterday’s call-tracking methods, while useful, no longer have the same power,” Harrison believes. “At RINGBA, we are committed to providing companies and marketers with automated call routing and AI-powered analytics so that they can achieve maximum yield across all of their advertising channels. That is a game-changer in today’s tech-driven world.”

RINGBA is an inbound call-tracking and analytics platform for marketers, brands, and pay per call. Its team pushes the limits of innovation and is inventing the future of voice and changing how businesses connect with consumers. For more information about RINGBA, please see its website.
