Social media marketing expert, Callum Roche is relentless when it comes to closing deals for his business. Callum is the founder of Supercharged clout, an agency that primarily focuses on growing elite personal brands through positioning and press. He is also the co-founder of Ecom And Chill is predicted to grow into a 7-figure company in next year. So, how did Callum achieve this success so far? Callum developed a bulletproof mindset, strong enough to withstand any set back and works on self-discipline daily.

“The goal is to get attention because that’s what money follows. I work hard on positioning and getting in front of the right people not just at the right time, but all the time.” Callum shares, adding, “There’s always going to be set-backs – that’s a given. It’s whether you bounce back from it stronger that really matters. Remember why you’re doing it and flip the problem on its head because every problem is an opportunity in disguise.”

Self-discipline and mindset are of most importance to Callum. “Everyone wants to get rich quick and, in some cases, there might be results but that’s usually not permanent. The permanent results come from adversity. It’s easier to be great nowadays too I mean everyone else is slacking, if you have any amount of self-discipline and are willing to do the things you don’t want to do but still do them, you will find what you’re looking for” he shares.

Callum has had multiple entrepreneurial endeavors throughout the years and explains that the first step to starting a successful company is actually solving a problem. “A lot of people ask me all the time, have I got an idea? or are struggling to think of one. I hate when people say this because the mindset is all wrong. Businesses are simply there to solve a problem, stop looking for ideas and start asking yourself: What am I good at? Where is there a problem? And how can I solve it? That’s what matters when starting a company.” the 23-year-old explains.

Callum averages about 80 hours of work a week. This is why it’s important to enjoy what you do and the niche you choose to solve a problem, “everyone can be a leader and put in the work when they feel like it and times are good. What matters is doing it when things aren’t going your way and you have to persist. You’ve got to love the process as much as the result.” He emphasizes.

His latest company that he founded, Supercharged Clout, was only started in early 2020 and is carving out its own path in the industry, making the headlines in the previous months. The business is an example of Callum’s hard work and commitment.

When it comes to dealing with competition, Callum doesn’t seem to pay much attention as he said, “I don’t want to compete, I plan to dominate. We want to have so much business that the competitors are coming to us looking for help. I’m building something massive here, something that will last for a long time.”.

Callum’s long-term goal is to become a philanthropist, he feels that contributing and giving back to society is a true measure of success. With his effort’s laser focused, we have no doubt that the future is bright for Callum Roche and his ventures.
