Nowadays, choosing a career based on one’s passion and not on practicality is often seen as a cliché. While others seem to enjoy the world of an 8-hour job, hustling in between paychecks, some still seek to discover and ignite their passion within and thrive.

As for entrepreneur, sought-after videographer, and nationally recognized photography and videography coach, Brandon Dixon, by keeping his real passion alive, his vision of a future career becomes possible.

A North Carolina native, Brandon Dixon grew up in poor conditions in a town in Wilson, NC. His hardworking demeanor had him work for 12-hour shifts in Atlanta; however, Brandon’s real passion was videography. So while hustling a day job in Atlanta, he was doing his passion on the side. He learned to master his craft by watching tons of YouTube videos and, after so many years and many mistakes, left his job in Atlanta for good and devoted his career to becoming a full-time videographer.

Getting started with his passion was not as easy as pie for Brandon. It was tough and took a lot of motivation. Brandon’s success in turning video content profitable for serial entrepreneurs across the country and abroad is proof that an ounce of hard work and determination makes his vision of a future career possible.

Since creating content is Brandon’s forte, he is now a part-owner of The Entrepreneurship Complex in Atlanta, a 4,000 square foot content studio designed for entrepreneurs that is well-equipped with photography and videography labs. Brandon is sharing his expertise at the eComplex by guiding entrepreneurs on creative ways to streamline and grow their businesses.

Furthermore, he founded his six-figure empire, The Shooters Agency, a video editing agency that provides high-quality coverage for events, conferences, and live training. Brandon brings in his expertise by specializing in high-quality video graphics, video editing, and content creation.

Despite already being successful as a sought-after videographer, Brandon recognizes that his tough journey can help aspiring individuals pursue their passion for videography. As a motivated coach, he created and designed a Master Class, Shooters Camp, as he shows aspiring photographers and videographers how to create a career with their cameras.

As the lead facilitator and course instructor of Shooters Camp, Brandon is hosting a 6-week online live class on photography, videography, and entrepreneurship. An interactive platform of learning, Brandon and his team directly address student’s questions and concerns. Also, an exclusive 2-day hands-on workshop in Brandon’s studio in Atlanta is part of the overall learning exposure. They provide the training, tools, and resources that one can use even after the completion of the course. Furthermore, some of Brandon’s students have already started building their careers and flourished while traveling for passion.

Brandon always believes that the mastery of his craft has a purpose, that is, to extend his expertise through coaching and mentorship of aspiring individuals. As he can vividly recall how he strived in pursuit of his passion ten years ago, his Master Class, Shooters Camp, is the learning platform for mastery of skills and that pursuing a career is possible with a camera.
