Successful Entrepreneur Ambro Di Pilato Thinks Regular Jobs Are Not Enough To Sustain In Today’s World – And He’s Right

Since childhood, most of us are taught that in order to be financially sound and secure, we need to work hard and get a full-time job. While this statement still holds to some extent, millionaire Ambro Di Pilato thinks that it is redundant for the most part – and he’s right.

Ambro Di Pilato is one of the most successful entrepreneurs of today. Like many other individuals, Ambro also worked part-time at a pub while studying but he soon realized he was not fit for regular jobs. Thus, he left this job as well as his studies and stepped into the sales industry – particularly art. Saying that this was a bold step would be an understatement, however, it proved to be very beneficial for Ambro. Today, Ambro is the founder and CEO of The Stratton Sales Agency, one of the most successful sales agencies in Canada that help entrepreneurs and influencers scale their monthly returns to six-digit figures by closing high-ticket deals on their behalf.

According to Ambro, the job market has become saturated. Companies receive hundreds of applications for one position, which shows how tough it has become to land a good full-time job. Even if you do, chances are that it won’t be enough to financially sustain you in the long run. You will find yourself constantly battling between “enjoying your life to the fullest” and “saving for the future”. However, Ambro thinks it doesn’t always have to be that way.

So how can you maintain a good lifestyle and simultaneously save up for a secure future? The answer is simple: have your own business, even if it’s a small one. Ambro believes that not only will this help relieve financial burdens, it will also give you greater security. If anything goes wrong, you know you can always bounce back up with the help of your business. “The way I see it, it’s a win-win situation. You won’t be afraid to go all in your business because you know it’s not your primary source of income, and this will increase your chances of success. On the other hand, you won’t have to worry about finances all the time because in case things go wrong, you’ll have a backup in the form of a business,” he says.

The young entrepreneur thinks it’s better to pursue an idea that doesn’t require a lot of investment. An example of this is his own sales agency. Ambro did not have to put in a large sum of money. In fact, he didn’t bring anything to the table except for his outstanding selling skills and these were enough to get his agency going, which earned a total revenue of $5.4 million within the first 10 months of inception. Let that sink in.

Everything else apart, the satisfaction of having your own business is also unmatchable. “When you start your own business, you feel that you have truly achieved something in life and you actually have something to look forward to every day, especially if you have built a business around your passion,” Ambro says, adding that this was one of the key factors that motivated him to start the Stratton Sales Agency.

Ambro Di Pilato’s advice is very useful for everyone, especially the young, talented individuals who are wasting their talent by working boring 9-to-5 jobs that do not give them any satisfaction. If he can do it, so can you.
