Real Estate Crowdfunding is now Allowing Middle Class People to Invest in the Industry

The real estate industry is consistently expanding. Earlier the industry was providing benefits only to the wealthy individuals. But now it is also benefiting the middle-class people. The involvement of crowdfunding in real estate has opened many doors of investment for people of all financial backgrounds. Crowdfunding is providing low risks to investors.

Real estate crowdfunding was launched by the US in 2012 after the effectiveness of the US JOBS act. This initiative is allowing several crowdfunding platforms to generate $1 million funds every year.
