He saw his additional fields of expertise as a means to help a larger number of people enhance their long-term quality of life.
Today, Dr. Lowney is the only physician in New England who has received board certification in both obstetrics and gynecology, as well as cosmetic surgery. With his former OB/GYN practice Highland Obstetrics and Gynecology, Inc. achieving renown as the most successful in Southern Massachusetts, Dr. Lowney was able to expand his practice, much to the relief of thousands of clients.
