Catholic Morality is more than just following rules, it’s part of living a flourishing life. It is more than just a minimalist program of rigorism that sets forth rules to be followed only for obedience’s sake. Catholic Morals also involve the natural law, imago Dei (the idea that we are all God’s children), beatitude–and even prudence!

Catholicism and moral theology are a complex subject. The Catholic Cases app has the goal of making it easier for people who find themselves in difficult situations. But does so without providing an exhaustive list or rigid set-in stone rules that one must follow at all times. Its focus is on Vatican teachings about how we can live our lives well as partakers with God’s grace–a larger discussion known as casuistry which includes topics like natural law (which was established by Jesus Christ),the imago Dei(an unfinished project) beatitude/ Virtues & Prudence.

Founded by Ryan Bilodeau, The Catholic Cases App is a new way to teach Church teachings by using cases that address modern day concerns. The app’s namesake, “catholic” case files are meant suggestively to draw attention towards the importance of understanding each teaching in its proper setting – which can be found right here on our phone screens!

The Catholic App is a great way to find solutions for any moral drawback you might be facing. The categories allow easy sorting and browsing of different cases, while the official documents included will help guide your decision like no other!

Motivation Behind The Concept of This App

Ryan Bilodeau got the idea of starting this app after facing moral difficulty in his own life. After his mother passed away and doctor asked him if he wanted to have an autopsy performed on his mother, he was overwhelmed by emotions and couldn’t think clearly. Moreover, he was also not aware of the permissibility of autopsies as outlined in the positions of the Catholic Church.

He couldn’t get a clear answer even after searching for the same on Google. Thus the idea for Catholic Cases was born, out of necessity. It’s no easy feat to answer complicated moral questions on the fly, but luckily Ryan found a way that can help you do just this!

That was the motivation and reason behind The Catholic Cases App, which can now be downloaded on both google play and app store.
