By looking at the current scenario of 2022, you will notice that there are more than 200 thousand of “Ultra High Net Worth”  (UHNW) rich people holding US $3 trillion in real estate worldwide. These are the people who were looking to invest their net worth properly.

The Difference Between Looking Wealthy And Being Financially Resilient

Malta attracts their attention for its position and luxurious lifestyle. Its favorable climate and distinctive culture have increased the culture of buying luxury property in Malta.

There are more reasons why luxury property for sale in Malta has become the primary choice of ultra-rich individuals.

Position of Malta

This small island has attracted wealthy individuals for its luxurious lifestyle.

It is a remarkably advanced region both socially and economically. It also offers a pleasant climate throughout the year. The country mingles it with a stable political situation and rich historical culture.

The positive economic stability has mainly attracted investors to buy luxury property in Malta.

It is an ideal place from every perspective worth investing in for the UHNW people.

Malta Offers Citizenship for Buying Real Estate

Individual Investor Program (IIP) offers Malta’s citizenship to those who buy real estate there.

The attractive tax benefit is another reason for the rush of investment in this little island. Their income taxes are 35% maximum, and no wealth tax is applied.

But getting citizenship in Malta goes with a condition. Foreign buyers must invest €350,000 ($394,000) minimum to qualify for citizenship of Malta.

For applying to buy a property in Malta, the buyers have to “konvenju” (promise of sale) with a 10% deposit and 5% buying tax.

The owner must hold the property for at least five years to get citizenship of Malta.

Growing Economy of Europe

After a rapid decline of -8.2% in 2020, by 2021 GDP growth rate ascended to 5.9%.

By 2022, it is hoped to grow up to 6%. The increase in per-capita income level supports this rapid growth of the economy.

In a nutshell, there is no doubt that the economy of Malta has stabilized and recovered after the primary shock of the pandemic.

Luxurious Lifestyle

By reading this far, it is easy to understand that Malta follows a burgeoning lifestyle followed by a pleasant atmosphere.

Malta has ticked all the boxes to fulfill the exuberant lifestyle of UHNW individuals.

Here anyone can get customized services and unique opportunities to grow and exceed financial goals.

So, it can be easily imagined what an exotic lifestyle the inhabitants lead here!

Final Words

These are the prime reasons for which luxury property for sale in Malta has attracted business tycoons to invest in this lovely island.

It is a paradise for investment and growth opportunities where sky is the limit.
