Some individuals believe in taking their destiny into their own hands. These individuals, despite their origins, take the initiative and work hard to attain their goals and, through sheer strength of will, turn dreams into reality. These individuals have had their names written down in history as leaders of their respective industries and an inspiration for future generations. These individuals have also permanently changed their respective fields of work or industries through their intelligence and ability to learn from all aspects and levels. This ability to learn, combined with their intelligence and willingness to face challenges, ensure their rise to the heights. These leaders of industries are remembered for their contributions to the industry.

Entrepreneurship is a road that needs to be traveled solo. Being an entrepreneur means learning from mistakes and applying that knowledge to make better decisions. They also need a strong will to face challenges that come their way. In this regard, entrepreneurs and famous industry leaders have some common traits. And if entrepreneurs hold fast to their credos and keep working hard, never faltering even in the face of failures and unfathomable obstacles, they can become the leaders and trendsetters of their industry. In fact, behind the meteoric rise of an industry leader lies the thought process of an entrepreneur. This ability to evolve and grow, despite facing challenges, staying strong, and carrying on towards attaining one’s goals, drives both entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

And some entrepreneurs have become industry leaders themselves. And it doesn’t come as a surprise due to the same passion that drives both. Once entrepreneurs set their sights on an ultimate goal, they can become unstoppable if they have the will to follow through. They can tap into their potential to energize their rise to the top. They lead the charge by taking the reins of their destiny and ensuring they always stay focused. They create a path for their journey by learning how to grow and from mistakes which impart great lessons. These individuals can influence not only their destiny but also can change the industry they work in. One such individual who has proven himself as a self-made entrepreneur in the automotive industry and has helped evolve the industry is Rudy Treminio.

Rudy Treminio, also known as El Patronn, is a successful American entrepreneur who has risen to the top of the automotive sales business through true determination. Born on December 28, 1980, in El Salvador, Rudy is known for being an author and a successful social media marketer. During his young years in El Salvador, Rudy’s family lived in desperate poverty, and eventually, the family relocated to the United States, but Rudy was against this move. He was a rebellious teenager who didn’t know about building a future. Back then, Rudy lacked the skills or motivation to become a successful person. But despite his humble beginnings and earlier apathy towards life in general, Rudy has proven his mettle, not just once but twice.

The thing that made him think was education, which eventually broadened his horizons. Rudy could perceive the possibilities waiting for him by becoming a successful entrepreneur. From 1997 to 1999, Rudy received his high school education. And right after his high school graduation, Rudy began his professional career by joining City World as a General Sales Manager in 1998. In 2007 Rudy left the company and, in September 2008, joined Jersey City Ford Lincoln Mercury as General Manager. In 2013, Rudy started his own business, Kingz of Cars. He is also the CEO of a business app, Geras Associates, LLC.

Rudy faced his first stumbling block with his struggles with alcoholism. This experience hurt him personally and negatively impacted his public reputation. But Rudy eventually defeated his demons and got back into the game.

Rudy is the Managing Partner/General Manager of Brooklyn Mitsubishi. Utilizing sales skills and creating a positive customer experience has enabled him to sell more than 36000 vehicles. Rudy has successfully breathed new life into numerous failing dealerships. Rudy’s success is due to his principle of studying the industry and implementing new strategies. While maintaining his position at the heights of success in the automotive sector, Rudy also trains people and provides mentorship to help hopeful entrepreneurs become equipped with skills that enable them to succeed. Rudy’s book, Game Changer, was published in 2020 and shares Rudy’s successful journey as a self-made entrepreneur with the readers and teaches them how a smart individual can win through their experiences.
