Living a healthy life is a dream for many but people often feel uncomfortable in doing so. They think that life expectancy only depends on genes but it is not really the case. How long a person lives depends on many factors including his behavior, attitude, and environment.

Genes only contribute 30% to the life expectancy of a person. Health experts say people can maximize their longevity by following certain healthy habits in a daily routine. Doing so can make them feel happy and satisfied on a daily basis.
