Hardship is as much part of life as is happiness, maybe even more so. We go through several phases that force us to change and adapt to different and uncomfortable situations throughout life. Our mind often finds it difficult to adapt to these changes, which leaves us feeling unhappy. Be it in our personal life or business life, change is inevitable, and we must accept this flow of life to live a happy life. Natalie Taylor, the CEO of Win Win Networks LLC, is a transformation coach that helps people by unlocking their full potential.

Natalie is a human capital development strategist and also an excellent business development consultant that helps individuals reach their optimal performance. She supports several individuals, entrepreneurs, and business people to reach their full potential while assisting them in growing in every aspect. Natalie was a financial consultant on Wall Street, where she made a name for herself as a go to person for several companies. Initially, she worked with Credit Suisse and later moved on to work for several Fortune 100 companies. Some of the names include Goldman Sachs, Leman Brothers, UBS, and National Australia Bank.

After having a successful career as a financial consultant, Natalie decided to pursue her MBA and hone her skills. During this time, she worked in different capacities and also started her own organization. To grow the sales of this company, Natalie began her coaching career in 2013. After starting Win Win Networks Group, she developed a few Personal Development and Human Capital Development strategies to grow her organization. She saw her organization as an opportunity to help more people and extend her services as a personal coach. Natalie helped several individuals and companies improve their life on both personal and professional levels.

However, her life wasn’t as smooth sailing as it looks on paper. Natalie faced several hardships during her life that made her life change completely. Life forced her to start from the beginning and build everything from the ground. During her MBA, Natalie felt stuck in a toxic marriage and did not feel content with the quality of her life. She had checked all the boxes of success and had everything a successful person has, but she was suffering inside. Negative feelings from several years manifested inside her, which negated all the success she had in her life.

In 2016, Natalie lost everything to her name, including her marriage, income, home, relationships, and success. It was devastating for her even as a successful transformation coach, she could not get herself out of the mud. However, life had other plans for her, and she spent the last few months of 2016 accepting this change in her life. She moved to her foster mother’s house with her kids, which was a drastic change in her life quality. However, she could not give up and started taking action in 2017 by penning everything down. Slowly but steadily, her life began to observe a positive change in her life. After working on herself for almost a year, things started to change for Natalie during Christmas 2018, and she started her coaching program at the beginning of 2019.

Natalie firmly believes in trusting the process and accepting everything that comes your way. She teaches in her Life and Business Architect program that you can achieve everything in life with patience and perseverance. Natalie is a strong living example of her program and helps several people improve their quality of life. In order to know more about her, you can visit her website.
