Joe Biden’s Search for an Attorney General Turns Out to be a Complicated Subject

President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration is about to take place on 20th January 2020 as he has successfully cleared the 270-electoral mark in a voting process. Discussions are being carried out regarding Biden’s close circle of advisors and the nomination of the attorney general.

The transition team is discussing a series of front-runners such as Judge Merrick Garland and Alabama’s Sen. Doug Jones, who are likely to get their seats in the discussion result expected next week. Garland is politically independent and he could be a good choice for solving many thorny political issues.

Jones has a strong civil rights background and if he gets elected then it would raise questions over his impartial leadership of a department investigating the incoming President’s son. The information obtained on his subject says that Garland and Jones seem favorite contenders but Biden may ponder over the former acting General Sally Yates or former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick.

It is really difficult for Joe Biden to choose an attorney general as his decision is influenced by the Democratic Party and civil rights groups. Joe Biden USA President has a long political career and he is elected as the 46th President of the United States of America. He also calls himself “the president of all Americans”.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was born in 1942 in Scranton, Pennsylvania to a modest middle-class, Catholic, Irish-born family. He ran for the presidency of the USA in 1988 for the first time and in 2018, he again ran for the Democratic primaries. In 2013, Joe Biden worked hard for the re-approval of the 1994 law against violence against women and he also fought for Obamacare.

Now, after fighting the 2020 US Presidential elections, Joe Biden is chosen as the President of the US but he faced a lot of difficulties in his path due to the electoral voters’ fraud controversy. Recently, Joe Biden has chosen Pete Buttigieg as the secretary of transportation.
