There are certain jobs out there that are guaranteed to be lucrative, yet consume other aspects of one’s life, such as fulfillment. Priscilla Jankans, an entrepreneur, can certainly concur with this.

Priscilla Jankans was born in Hamden, Connecticut, where she spent most of her early years before moving to California at 16. She studied nursing and, at 20 years old, became the youngest registered nurse in her graduating class. A year later, she would become an Open Heart Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse at one of the largest hospitals in the United States.

There, she worked for over a decade as an ICU Registered Nurse and later a Nurse Executive. She found herself at a crossroads one day, noting how she felt unfulfilled of the joy and economic freedom that she wanted despite earning six-figures. Priscilla began to ponder about what she wanted to do and eventually came up with a master plan. Aided by a strong belief in her God-given talents and the desire to be her own boss, Priscilla left her job.

She didn’t leave in the heat of the moment but had planned and sought out expert help and support. By 2014, Priscilla founded a clothing boutique in Culver City. She would later sell the boutique and, by 2016, founded L.A. Nursing Services, a traveling medical staffing agency that serves hospitals nationwide.

Today, Priscilla has 240 doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and other medical staff working for her. Last year, she founded NurseproCEO, a business coaching/consulting agency where she saw an 85% growth during the first few months of the global pandemic. Priscilla also founded Nurses for George, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose goal is to dismantle systematic racism in healthcare and offer free services to the underserved populations in L.A. County.

As the CEO and Founder of NurseproCEO, Priscilla has specialized in business development training and strategic coaching for emerging entrepreneurs and established business owners. Her innovative resources help everyday entrepreneurs improve their finances, relationships, and health, whether they’re stay-at-home parents or small business owners.

She is currently looking to sponsor 100 aspiring entrepreneurs through her NurseproCEO academy in which all courses will be free of charge. Priscilla will provide each student with twenty-minute one-on-one consultations to help them get started.

Priscilla’s works have gained traction, and she has captured the attention and hearts of thousands of people through digital media. She has consistently shared content that connects with people, creating an active and engaging online following. Priscilla uses her wide-reaching digital presence to serve as another way to encourage and equip aspiring entrepreneurs.

She uses her platform and content to motivate other people to follow their passions, build their own businesses, and make a profit from their knowledge. NurseproCEO is a tool that not only caters to the medical industry, but to all aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners so they can position themselves in the way of financial freedom.
