Caldonia Rudd’s Company ‘She Is Phenomenal’ Helps Women Bring Out the Best Version of Themselves

People often believe that they are already at their best until a speed bump helps them realize that they still have room for improvement. Life coaches carry the profession to guide people to become better versions of themselves. She Is Phenomenal LLC is a community of women from all walks of life, coaching one another to bring out the best version of each other.

The community was founded by a woman named Caldonia Rudd. She grew up in the inner city of St. Louis, Missouri, where crime filled the neighborhoods of Walnut Park. From a young age, Caldonia had seen things no child should ever see; drugs being sold, the frequent sound of gunshots in the air, and other acts of crimes occurring on a nearly daily basis. It was a life Caldonia knew she had to get away from.

When she turned 18, after her first year of college, Caldonia joined the Army Reserves. During that time, she graduated from the University of Phoenix and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after her contract ended, she would join the Active Navy and spent almost ten years in service without a break in contract. During that time, Caldonia got married and had two toddlers.

After completing her service, she spent a year working as a homemaker. During this time, she gained a new perspective on her goals and dreams and discovered a love for interior design. Over the years, she has helped remold and decorate multiple homes. Caldonia has been coaching her clients with their interior needs and found that she wanted to do two things in life: interior design and be a life coach for ladies.

Caldonia founded ‘She Is Phenomenal’ in February 2020, where she lives out her calling to helping other women live their dreams. As a life coach, Caldonia helps women realize just how phenomenal they are and guides them to live their big dreams despite the struggles they have now or in the past. She helps them overcome their limits and plan for success.

As a coach, Caldonia customizes her style with a one-on-one approach customized to her client’s unique story. She provides world-class service and support. Her interior design niche allows her to design beautiful spaces that help her clients organize their thoughts and envision success.

In each session with She Is Phenomenal, Caldonia works with her clients to build a plan that enables them to move forward. This enables them to gain an understanding of their goal and what they need to be successful. Caldonia’s goal is to help them get into the right mindset and understand the direction they need to take. She works by teaching her clients the skills that are sure to benefit their growth.

In five years, Caldonia wants She Is Phenomenal to have a team to work for her so she can focus more on coaching and speaking. She wants her clients to show the world just how phenomenal they are.
