Entrepreneur Giuliano Gigliotti Helps Businesses All Over the Globe Thrive

Since moving to Los Angeles right after high school to capitalize on the business and networking opportunities there, Giuliano Gigliotti has helped build several businesses across the state. Now, this successful young entrepreneur is working toward building up himself and his own business ventures by traveling the world and extending his positive energy to everyone he meets.

Going from Ohio to Los Angeles was Giuliano’s first venture into what would be a successful future. Independence came with the territory and eventually Giuliano was learning about growing businesses from the ground up. He learned the ins and outs of what it takes to run a business, as well as the attitude one needs to make it successful.

Giuliano stresses the importance of mental fortitude, positivity, and perseverance when starting and growing a business. He believes that one’s mindset helps form the foundation of their business and it’s what he focuses on first when he starts on any new projects.

To avoid falling into a negative mindset, Mr. Gigliotti turns to memories of his childhood and creates a space where he can acknowledge how far he’s come and the things that have brought him to where he is today. When negativity does start to seep in, he remembers the times when he was less fortunate, and that fuels his motivation. He mentioned that it also helps him to remember to be grateful during every step in his journey, both in terms of what he learns along the way and the new heights he’s able to reach.

Pushing through, despite immense challenges, is one of the things that Giuliano really stresses when he talks about the differences between being a successful entrepreneur and a failed business owner. “Remember the struggles you faced and the hustle you gave to reach your goals. You should stick through something that you have put your time, dedication, and effort into,” Giuliano said.

Before striking out in promotional networking, Mr. Gigliotti helped build several other businesses. One of which ended up selling for more than he had invested, but only after he had already left. While that failure is something he regretted at the time, he now says that it was still a meaningful experience, as it taught him how to scale a business effectively as well as that he was capable of growing nothing into something. Taking that knowledge with him, he was able to put his time and effort into growing a company that could later be sold for a multi-million dollar figure.

He specified that one of the most important aspects of growing a business is to understand and be familiar with the industry the business is in and its marketing potential. So, before working with anyone, Giuliano always takes it upon himself to learn about the businesses he is working in, or will work with, and the strategies that would make him an effective investor and promoter.

Right now, Giuliano has some big things up his sleeve. He’s planning on breaking into the travel scene soon with a company that organizes travel exhibitions, in addition to growing his current networking and promotions company further. You can follow Giuliano on his Instagram account, @Gilligan710, to learn more about what he’s working on.
