The story began about eight years ago, when Jaron Frand finally moved to The Big Apple, the place for aspiring actors to “make it” on Broadway and showcase their talents to the entire world. Jaron Frand was driven by his passion for musical theater, and he had dreams of making it big as an actor in New York City.

Everybody knows that the competition in New York City is fierce. The acting industry has always been incredibly tough to break into, and a botched audition could either make or break a budding actor’s career. Mental health and physical health are of utmost importance; the sheer grit it takes to be discovered in New York City could rival the tallest skyscrapers.

Jaron Frand stood in line for countless auditions, and he was constantly pounding the pavement, running around from audition to audition. In his eyes, everything was going according to plan except for the fact that he felt sick all the time. Moreover, he was extremely unhappy with how he looked and how he felt. Later on, he realized that he wasn’t booking any work because he had pretty low self-esteem.

He was stuck in a cycle of constantly doubting himself, and he felt that his health and physique did not reflect the characters that he was auditioning for. Every time he wanted to change, he would eventually get derailed and fall back into the vicious cycle of ignoring his own wellness and health. It stayed that way for a couple of years until he finally decided to put his foot down and get into shape once and for all.

Over the next 12 months, Jaron Frand gained ten pounds of muscle and reshaped his body. He felt great, he felt confident, and he felt like he could take on the world and finally achieve his wildest dreams. With his recent success in his fitness journey, he decided to create an entire method to help other creative souls who are in the same spot as he was eight years ago.

Thus, the Get A-List Fit Method was born out of his own frustrations with the lack of support in the fitness world and his sheer determination to help other struggling artists get the confidence boost they need. It is a 90-day fitness and nutrition mentorship exclusively for actors and artists who are gearing for their next big creative pursuit.

The Get A-List Fit Method is not a typical workout program that mainly focuses on workouts and diets. It is also a support system personally managed by Jaron Frand, where he guides his clients to change their mindset regarding fitness. He emphasizes that in order to get consistent results, fitness shouldn’t just be part of a routine; it should be embraced as a lifestyle.

In an industry focused too much on vanity, his unique perspective on a holistic approach to fitness places him center stage in the conversation about health and wellness for actors. Not only does Jaron Frand care about his clients’ fitness and health goals, but he also cares about their careers.

Jaron’s coaching provides his clients with everything they need to know about losing fat and gaining lean muscle in a span of 90 days. The method has been used by a variety of actors, directors, and producers on Broadway. Jaron Frand has also worked with actors and other creative storytellers who are part of massive productions such as Hamilton, Book of Mormon, Mean Girls, Aladdin, Dear Evan Hansen, Anastasia, Emily in Paris, Cloak & Dagger, and Ryan Murphy’s The Prom.

Jaron Frand’s clients have poured their grateful sentiments towards the amazing results they’ve achieved while working with Jaron Frand. They have all reported that they had seen a drastic shift in their confidence and energy levels by following the Get A-List Fit Method and listening to Jaron Frand’s personal advice. Without a doubt, Jaron Frand has played an integral part in the acting industry. He has helped countless creatives build up their confidence and achieve their lifelong dreams.
