Times are challenging, and an increasing number of people are finding it harder to cope with the psychosocial and socioeconomic implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is at this time that people need guidance more than ever. Many feel overwhelmed and have even been traumatized by the effects of the pandemic on their daily lives. Having efficient life coaches like Jordan Hardgrave who specialize in healing from trauma may be the deciding factor for a person’s growth or stagnation and deterioration in this pandemic.

Many people assume that life coaching is an easy profession, but the reality is that becoming a legitimate life coach, especially one who specializes in anxiety, panic attacks, traumatic stress, depersonalization, and derealization, requires professional development and continual growth.

Jordan Hardgrave is a certified life coach through the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists and a certified trauma support specialist through the Arizona Trauma Institute. He is also continually looking to the experts within the field of traumatic stress and anxiety to grow in his knowledge to ensure he is up to date with the most effective tools to help his audience. The best figures to motivate people to strive for success are those who became successful through their determination and hard work.

Before Jordan Hardgrave became a life coach, he had no business experience at all besides running a lemonade stand at a garage sale when he was a kid. He was working a job he wasn’t passionate about and felt stuck. Today, he is providing for his family through his coaching and online courses while getting to help people around the world heal from trauma and learn to live a life of relaxation and positivity.

Life coaching is a noble profession, and the success of his clients alone is hugely fulfilling for Jordan. Still, one needs to make a living, and the fact that it allowed Jordan to achieve financial freedom makes it all the more rewarding. The combination of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards of the profession inspires him to continually improve his products and services despite his clients thinking his services are far from lacking in any aspect.

Jordan Hardgrave’s success serves as proof that a college degree nor an extensive background in business is a prerequisite to success. With wit and determination, and the added advantage of having mentors guide a person in the process, anyone can achieve success on their terms. YouTube is home to millions of entertaining and educating video contents, and Jordan Hardgrave also utilizes this platform to reach his nearly 20,000 subscribers.

Jordan released a series of short videos giving tips for healing from depersonalization and derealization (which are sensations of disconnection from one’s body and the material world that can happen due to trauma). Jordan was shocked when his videos unexpectedly went viral, and his email became flooded with new subscriber notifications and comments from people affirming that his tips were helping them feel calm and normal again for the first time in years. Now Jordan utilizes Youtube to encourage those suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, depersonalization, and derealization who are looking for encouragement and support. His channel has accumulated over a million views from 87 countries worldwide. His videos became such a hit that he got flooded with comments and emails asking for an online course that would elaborate his content.

Due to popular demand, Jordan Hardgrave went on to create an online course for depersonalization and derealization recovery that has over 1,500 active students and is now considered by many to be the most authoritative resource for depersonalization and derealization recovery available online. Jordan Hardgrave is inspired by the warm reception of his audience and the wealth of positive feedback from his clients. He hopes that by expanding his business into different markets, he will be able to inflate the numbers of the people he helps from thousands to the millions.

No matter the background, anyone can be successful, given that they are willing to put in the time and effort to realize their visions. Learn more about Jordan Hardgrave and the courses he offers through his website.
