Best-selling author and leading entrepreneur Ashton Eugene Thomas is set to publish his second book sometime this year. Following the success of his first book, “Turning Ideas into Profits,” “The Power of Inspirational Leadership” seeks to continue to guide Ashton’s readers into the world of business.

How does being a good leader make a difference? This question is what Ashton answers in his upcoming book. The book talks about the challenges and importance of being someone capable of taking the reins. “The Power of Inspirational Leadership” draws inspiration from Ashton’s personal life as an entrepreneur, an author, and a leader.

One of the leading business management professionals in Arizona, Ashton, is the Founding Member and Managing Partner of several A to Z LLC sub-companies. He is involved in A to Z Security Services, LLC, A to Z Pack and Ship LLC, A to Z Holdings Company LLC, and A to Z Management Group.

His first book, “Turning Ideas Into Profits,” functions as a guide for individuals looking to get into the business, providing in-depth information regarding the whole process of building a business from the ground up. With the book, several young and aspiring business professionals have been able to find their footing in the industry.

Ashton’s series of publications are born out of his desire to help struggling entrepreneurs. Growing up in the rural town of Alamosa, Colorado, he was taught at a young age to dream big. In 1997, Ashton moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he was coached and mentored by several prominent business leaders.

His need to leave a lasting positive impact was fueled by his desire to go against the odds and build, buy, and expand where others dare not go. With his books assisting young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs, Ashton encourages his readers to go the extra mile, not just to follow dreams but to build them.

Aside from working on his book and managing a career in business management, Ashton is known for his academic impact. His books and work with several colleges and universities in the state help guide college students pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His work is considered instrumental in laying the foundation for future generations of business leaders in Arizona.

In “The Power of Inspirational Leadership,” Ashton details how hard work and perseverance has led him to where he is now. With an impressive portfolio and years of experience under his belt, Ashton has realized that if you want something, you have to make it happen. “You can’t wait for success in your mailbox,” he shares. A dream will only stay a dream without putting long hours to make it a reality.

With his book coming out and several along the way, Ashton hopes to further his reach and inspire more individuals to take an interest in the business. He seeks to motivate people to dream big and make changes. “Life is for the taking,” Ashton says, “but you can’t get it from the sidelines.”

Watch out for and stay updated on “The Power of Inspirational Leadership”’s release date on Ashton’s official website.
