The “Harman Fitness Mommy” is working on a new series “Get Fit Mama” with Fit Tak

Harman Sidhu is a wonder woman when it comes to fitness. She is an inspiration to all the women out there who want to lose weight post-pregnancy. Harman wanted to take the reins in her hand and get fit after her pregnancy, and she did so. Even her husband, Puneet Sidhu, helped her out with her training. She started her fitness journey through home workouts.

The “Harman Fitness Mommy” is now training women in the country as well as across the world. She is currently collaborating with “Fit Tak” for a series, “Get Fit Mama.” The series will feature Harman and her fitness journey. Fit Tak is also asking its followers for suggestions.

Even in the lockdown period, Harman is keeping herself busy by helping out clients. She is using virtual platforms like Instagram to guide her followers. Both Harman and her husband are into fitness and have trained many people.

Fit Tak is a YouTube channel that features many fitness gurus. Even Yashmin Karachiwala, the famous trainer of Katrina Kaif, was a part of Fit Tak. “Get Fit Mama” is going to be an inspirational series for all the mommies out there who want to shed the weight.

There is nobody better than Harman Sidhu to shoulder the responsibility of the series. We hope the series gets all the recognition that it deserves. With “Get Fit Mama,” Harman will reach more audiences and get new clients.

She will be making an impact globally. Harman already has a band of loyal followers; she has over 130k followers on Instagram. The series will get her more followers and increase her influence worldwide.
