Why Davis Householder Believes Deal Structure Matters More Than Headline Price

Younes was born to a Spanish mother and a Moroccan father. Thus, he inherited an exotic look that got him many compliments from everyone who encountered him. These same people told him he’d go far in life.

He was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, Spain but was raised in Palma de Mallorca. Since he was a young boy, Younes was interested in living a lavish lifestyle, especially when it came to homes. He is well-spoken in several languages including English, Arabic, and Spanish.

In fact, he learned a great deal as a young child. His father was a hard-working merchant who sold leather goods. Younes was great at building a report with his father’s clients in Italy and the rest of Europe, as he would help find the best products for wholesale. This is the reason he’s always had aspirations for a bright future, because his father inspired him work hard to provide his family with a better life.

Eventually, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business in Malaga, Spain in 2010.

Though he was doing okay in Spain, it didn’t take him long to yearn for the American Dream, and he began considering a move to Los Angeles, California. So, in 2014 he took the leap. He moved to America and began hustling.

Humble Beginnings in America

Just 6 short years ago Younes Barcelo was hurting financially, to put it honestly, he was broke. He literally had five dollars in his pocket and needed a plan. So, he decided to get a job within the restaurant industry to find his comfort zone. This also allowed him to save capital to begin teaching himself how to get into the real estate industry.

Younes worked in restaurants for 6 years. Finally, he had enough money saved to relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Younes’ Relocation

He moved to Las Vegas during the COVID-19 pandemic, in hopes that he could find a better life and reach his goals. He began studying at Kay Realty School, and afterward obtained a position with Signature Real Estate Group. Younes is still there today, and selling homes for a living.

The experience he gained as a boy working for his father helped him understand how to build relationships with customers and how every customer is different.

Real Estate Career

Younes Barcelo is currently dealing in the rental industry, and is always looking for innovative ways to attract new clientele. He has partnerships with some of the most respected realtors in Las Vegas, and this has helped him become an influential name in the city’s real estate market.

Younes has worked hard to build a strong, wide network of professional contacts that span many industries including hospitality, real estate investment, and construction.

If you are planning a trip to Las Vegas, you should contact Younes and let him be the friend you need in Vegas’ real estate industry. He can coordinate the trip of a lifetime and become a great friend and confidant for you!
