Ludovico Cianchetta Vazquez, 24, (@nudovico) has helped over 600 people achieve lives of financial prosperity. His course, BnB Academy provides step-by-step guidance, helping entrepreneurs change their lives by building Airbnb businesses.
Vazquez is widely regarded as the “guru of Airbnb” in Europe. Using advanced marketing techniques, he crafted a method to successfully list high-converting properties on Airbnb, paying the rent of several properties, and turning huge profits.
When countless people began asking him how he created his wealth, Vazquez was inspired to found the Academy. Students from around the world flock to learn from Vazquez, eager to learn, hoping to achieve financial freedom.
“I knew I was on the right track when I started making huge profits from properties on Airbnb and people were happy to pay to stay in beautiful houses,” said Vazquez. “I then translated all this knowledge into a course to help other people build the same business.”

While earning a degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications at IULM University of Milan, Vazquez studied psychology and neuromarketing, allowing him to develop a clear understanding of the mental side of business. He fully believes he can turn any entrepreneur with the right mindset into a success and devotes several lessons entirely to the creation of a strong and determined mindset.
“My biggest challenge was to convert the mindset of my students. Most of them were used to working five days a week, from early morning to late afternoon, and could not understand the possibility of earning large amounts of money without constantly working,” said Vazquez.
The young entrepreneur believes there to be incredible upsides when building an Airbnb business due to the boundless opportunity for wealth creation in the tourism industry.
“Everywhere and anywhere people will always need a place to sleep,” said Vazquez.
Vazquez doesn’t just teach students about the Airbnb business. He has partnered with fellow businessman Francesco Crema to found Book Academy, which teaches people how to make money on Amazon selling books written by ghostwriters.
Vazquez has developed a loyal student body, with many of his students finding success in both of his academies.
Vazquez loves what he does and has created a lavish lifestyle. The 24-year-old has already been featured in Forbes Italy and doesn’t plan on retiring any time soon, as he continuously is looking for new and innovative ways to make money.
“I plan to do several investments that will permit me to have streams of income,” said Vazquez.
He wants to help thousands achieve financial freedom with his academies and to become the world’s most influential online business and marketing teacher in the process.
