A Guide To Success – Author Michael H. Forde Emphasizes The Importance And Power Of Momentum

The road to success can often be challenging, with unforeseen bumps and obstacles along the way. For some, dark tunnels may cloud their vision. For others, a lack of direction may lead to hopelessness. Author Michael H. Forde of Success Begins From Where You Are!  highlights the importance and power of not stopping until you reach your goals, the pure essence of momentum.

As a writer dedicated to encouraging individuals to make the best choices for their lives, Forde understands the potency of small steps which can later culminate to bigger outcomes. A resident of Washington, D.C., the author himself is a success story. Graduating college at the age of 19, and graduate school at the age of 22, Forde was able to understand the dynamic of choices and mindset. He knew that small, meaningful actions towards the big picture would outweigh larger, less significant ones.

“There is so much power in a positive mindset”, said Forde. “When you start a race, your body is primed to run to the best of its ability. However, when your body starts feeling an onset of fatigue, your first instinct may be to slow down or to take a rest. But here’s the thing – you know that you started the race with the determination to build enough momentum to take you to the finish line. Success shares a similar relation. The more you focus on the purpose and the goal at hand, you may realize that the pain will soon be a figment of the past.”

Forde, who began his career as a public health specialist, started writing on the principles surrounding success when he was in his last months of finishing graduate school. “I realized that I had done so much with my life, yet I was just getting started”, said Forde.

“I want people to know that no matter their goal in life, things can still happen; things are still possible. There is hope for the hopeless and rest for the weary. We are almost at the finish line. Don’t stop running now; your momentum is only going up from here.”
