Jumping from an already established business to something else always comes as a tough decision in life, but there are people who are risk-takers & know when to take that leap of faith to turn their careers & carve a success story for themselves. Todd Stephenson from Naples, Florida is one such young man who took a completely different route after already establishing his bakery business with his partner in Florida. Todd & his partner both always were influenced by the e-commerce industry & wanted to try their luck there. They knew that there would be no hassle of managing a brick & mortar store & it would only be about targeting a certain niche of products.

Both of them decided to launch several e-commerce stores just to check what kind of traction & on what products they can receive & sold everything from 6 foot stuffed teddy bears to camping gear. It was the custom made product industry that they zeroed down to realizing the amount of potential it had. Born in 1994 & still under 30, Todd is a young businessman who started his company called “PupSocks” with his partner to make customized socks that have prints of pet faces. Talking about raising any funding for his company, Todd proudly says that he & his partner have worked day & night to make this possible & have not taken a single penny from anyone to support their business. Both of them made the website, created ads & with the help of entry-level equipment ran the website. The company grew so rapidly that it became an instant hit & helped them with the required capital to expand their business further.

With giving in so much for their company, Todd also believed in working for the welfare of animals & doing their bit for the pet’s benefit. Hence, he & his partner joined hands with NGOs like Ahimsa House & the Humane Society that help pets around the country by providing them with better & safe shelters, vet & adoption centers. They have an active hand in making contributions in these organizations to save estranged animals.

PupSocks has seen the upward trend in its sales & has grown as a company in a short span of time with more than 200 designers, customer service representatives & production people. Even after achieving so much, Todd still works for about 10 hours a day & finds motivation in creating & building things. He loves to take up challenges, make the impossible possible & conquer his goals.
