New York Entrepreneur, Francis Volpe Creates “Social Media Attention Agency” to Help Businesses Grow

Social media has become the number one driving force for companies to gain more attention toward their products and services. Successful marketers no longer depend on television commercials, print advertisements, or radio commercials. Now, if a business wants to grow its brand, they must use social media to draw more attention toward it. That is what one Westchester marketing company tries to do for its business clients.

The Forbes-accredited marketing agency “Y Not You Media” is a Westchester-based social media attention agency co-founded by Francis Volpe. It is a unique type of marketing agency because it uses the power of social media to help businesses grow a sustainable and strong brand.

“Other marketing companies make the mistake of maintaining an old-school approach to their marketing efforts,” said Volpe. “Meanwhile, we stay up to date on the latest social media trends and form personal relationships with our clients at the same time. Our goal is to establish and maintain an on-going relationship with clients and provide them with the high-quality services that they deserve.”

Volpe grew up in Westchester as an only child and was raised by a single mother. She stressed the importance of education, hard work, and dedication to him from an early age. These traits gave Volpe the ability to move forward and go after his dreams. Failure was not something that would keep him down. Instead, he used it as an important learning tool to help himself grow stronger.

“A lot of people quit after they fail,” said Volpe. “That is why they never achieve their goals and dreams. I always look at failure as an educational opportunity. If you can prevent yourself from making the same mistake twice, then failure is worth it in the end.” Volpe and his social media attention agency, Y Not You Media, develop brand strategies for their clients that involve producing creative social media content and management. Paid advertisements on social media are used to generate faster growth as well.

“Every business requires attention in order for it to expand, monetize, create opportunity, influence, leverage, and longevity,” said Volpe. “The largest brands in the world all have one thing in common; they have acquired the attention of the masses and differentiated themselves from their competition. That is how they acquire such a large following toward their products and services.”

Social media is now the number one way in which people receive advertisements. Since fewer people listen to the radio or watch television, most of the advertisements that are put in front of them come from social media. Networks like Facebook and Instagram are no longer merely personal social media platforms. They have now turned into important marketing tools for businesses and digital marketing agencies.

“If a brand can gain a social media audience, then it will be a successful brand,” said Volpe. “Social media provides marketers with the tools needed to understand consumer trends and interests. We utilize these tools to help our clients understand their audiences more clearly and which types of services, products, and content they want to have. These are tools you do not have from television and radio marketing.”
