Every now and then, we cross paths with people we seem destined to meet and there is an instant connection. These experiences are already often unforgettable on their own. However, it becomes even more special when the relationships formed to allow us to pursue our dreams and make a greater positive impact. This is exactly what happened with the chance meeting of Implant Patient Machine co-founders Hassan Hamid and Michael Dallas Petersen.

Hassan and Michael first got to know each other through a Facebook Group. Their online interaction led to a phone call that lasted 3 hours. Since then, the two became good friends and partnered up to materialize their idea of making innovations in the dental marketing industry. The idea that they soon made into reality was to start an agency that would not only generate leads for their clients but also book and guarantee appointments.

This was how the Implant Patient Machine came to be. Hassan and Michael have a combined experience of over 5 years in the digital marketing landscape and have been offering lead generation services for a long time. In addition, each of them had the necessary skills to actualize the proposition that would transform how dental services are marketed and delivered to patients. Hassan was always thinking outside the box and was constantly coming up with ideas that would keep them ahead of the competition. Michael, on the other hand, was incredibly capable of implementing automations and systems.

One of the many factors that give Implant Patient Machine its competitive edge is the in-house call centre. Dental clinics are extremely busy. In addition to helping patients, they also have to worry about calling, emailing, and texting leads to book them in for appointments. Implant Patient Machine gets rid of that additional inconvenience and works for dental care professionals. The company’s in-house call center takes care of calling and booking the leads into the clients’ calendars within the first 5 minutes of them being generated. They also follow up to make sure that the patients show up for their appointments.

A recent development in Implant Patient Machine’s services is their use of teledentistry. This is done in partnership with Dentulu Inc. Through this technology, the company can provide their clients and dental patients with a platform to interact and have a virtual consultation. This really makes it convenient for the patients because they can receive certain dental services without leaving their homes. By utilizing teledentistry, Implant Patient Machine empowers those who have disabilities, patients who are geriatric, and other people who find it difficult to access dental treatments for a variety of reasons. This service also benefits the dentist because they can consult with their patients virtually and see if they can help them or not.
