Unit4 ERP software has once again focused on its enterprise resource planning product. It has named it People Experience Suite which is an effort to make users’ experience a part of an enterprise resource planning platform. Unit4 ERP’s new product is a cloud-based platform that collects the features of enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM) software and planning.

According to the company, the product is capable of improving the user experience as well as enabling non-IT specialists to handle ERP tasks.

According to Pendidikan.co.id, Unit4 ERP has a wide area of features which allow non-IT personnel to change and configure services within the organization through localization. These features can be accomplished by providing low tooling that is easily accessible by citizen developers. Unit4’s extension and integration kit allows the platform to integrate with any third-party application. But in order to gain access to the technology, Unit4 partner is required. Core ERP fulfills the specific needs but it works generally to be a part of ERP.

David Wilson, the found and CEO of Fosway Group, said that there are a lot of conversations running among other vendors about the users’ experience. Unit4’s functional capabilities across the whole ERP zone shows the potential for improving the user experience for companies and their employees.
