MDs Recommend Medicine Reminder Apps to Patients to Manage Treatment Effectively at Home

Leading surveys indicate the rise of patient support or patient engagement apps. MD’s have been recommending patients use a medicine reminder app to record medicine intake. Plenty of such medication reminder apps exist for iPhone and Android platforms but only a few like CareClinic measure up to the needs of someone with chronic conditions.

According to the data obtained from PubMed, it has been found that over 90 million US people either don’t take their medicine or take it at the wrong time. And this is the reason for over 125,000 American deaths every year. In order to prevent deaths, doctors have been advising their patients to use apps such as CareClinic. Rated as the best medication reminder app for managing “medication regimen during recovery.”

Owing to the busy schedule of people, the use of pill taking reminder apps has been increasing at an exponential rate globally. CareClinic contains many industry firsts, such as providing a web-based portal for patients to manage their treatment without the need to download an app. Other features include medication interaction notifications and supplement synergy alerts.

Apart from allowing patients to track the medication regimen, the CareClinic pill tracker app is also helpful for tracking other health conditions and symptoms on a regular basis. Many patients also use the app to track health measurements such as stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and other mental disorders to be able to provide accurate information to their doctor upon their next visit.
