Since ancient times, Buddhists and Yogis have been making use of mala beads for their spiritual growth and to reach a higher state of mind. And with the rising number of cases related to mental disorders, it has become common for people to meditate with the use of mantras and a Tibetan mala. People use mala beads to do Japa meditation in order to calm their mind and summon their soul. Mala beads also help to achieve a state of mindfulness while meditating.

A wide variety of handcrafted mala prayer beads with semi-precious gemstones, rudraksha beads, and sacred woods are available on various online stores. Over 300 million people at a global level suffer from depression and women account for a higher share than men. People are going for meditation and mindfulness techniques in order to deal with such mental and emotional issues at their own level. Using mantras and Tibetan mala beads, it becomes possible to maintain the focus of a mind for a longer period of time.

Moving mala beads through hands while meditation helps to create a calming effect in mind which relieves a person from stress, anxiety, and other mental disorders. People also love to use mala beads in manifesting their goals by setting intentions for them.
