According to a study conducted by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health), 1 in every 6 American youth from age 6 – 17 years old suffers from a mental health disorder every year. Unfortunately, nobody knows whether their co-workers or gym buddies are going through a silent battle within themselves if they don’t seek help. It just shows how crucial a coach’s role is to each and every individual. Imagine if everyone has a coach like Veronica Natzia, then that number shown above would significantly be reduced.

Veronica is the COO of the Hudson-International Logistics and has created her custom-tailored 1-on-1 coaching practice for individuals and corporations. She has helped women just like herself overcome their challenges and into thriving six-figure careers.

She became a household name for over ten years as she has coached and mentored hundreds of people to achieve success in their lives. In addition, Veronica has worked with global corporations on their programs while mentoring consultants on how to look at their business in more efficient ways, building high-performance habits, and utilizing them to generate a 6-figure income in 40k industries.

Turning Point

A major turning point came to Veronica’s life when her 2-year-old son asked her, “Mamma, are we going to be okay?”. These words hit her hard, and it slowly dawned on her the reality of the situation they were in. Her life flashed before her eyes; a few years ago, she worked full time and studied for her Master’s degree, and just got married. Everything seemed to be going well, but in a blink of an eye, she was homeless, having a 2-year-old kid in tow with no one to depend on but herself. It was at that moment that she decided that she would no longer accept what life was giving her, nor would she accept the fact that the world around her was always against her. Instead, she made it her mission to create the life that she was meant to live and help others who were suffering in life as she did.

It took hard work, drastic action, and a lot of resourcefulness, but she built herself up from nothing. After making peace with her past, letting go of the baggage & fears, she started to focus on her life experiences and the skills she had acquired and double down on her strengths. Through this, she began to realize her potential and capabilities, and most importantly, she uncovered her true purpose – Helping and Serving others. As a result, she thrived in the Corporate World and became a Business High-Performance coach, working with global corporations.

Homeless to Globally Renowned Coach

Indeed, Veronica came a long way from being homeless with a child, with no money to buy themselves something to eat and no home to feel warm on the cold nights, to having a successful business and career. She had been through hell and back (so to speak), and she survived it. Today with two children and a successful business, her mission is to guide women to Confidence. She helps them realize that they own their strengths, focus, execute, and achieve while creating Meaningful Impact & Income.

She created a completely bespoke coaching practice to match individual goals, and she works empathetically to ensure that no women feel the anxiety she once had and fulfill her mission to End Child Hunger.

Through her coaching practice, she has helped many individuals overcome their fears and past traumas and discover their potentials. With her 12 Week High-Performance Program, she’ll take her one-on-one coaching sessions at a higher notch. Within the program, Veronica will dig deeper within everyone’s personalities and help them form positive habits and gain confidence so that by the end of the program, the clients will return to their homes as a renewed but better version of themselves.
