Jeffrey Oboite: Creating His Legacy Through Credit Education

Jeffrey Oboite is a man of many things. He is a pharmacist, a cloud engineer, and a businessman. The active life that he lives allowed him to reach out to hundreds and change their lives in ways they have not imagined. The company he founded, Emerald Score, is a testament to this.

Emerald Score is a consulting firm that mainly educates about credit and strategizes individuals’ finances. Every day, men and women go about their lives, working tirelessly to pay for their monthly dues. However, a significant fraction of these people do not know credit scores and manage their salaries only to get by. But Jeffrey Oboite makes it possible—and a tad easier—for people to refine their credit scores, not only to get by but to create limitless opportunities.

It took Jeffrey Oboite years to create Emerald Score. He, too, suffered greatly for not understanding what credit score is. Even when working multiple jobs, it became a mystery why he could not scale his business. He shared, “Due to a lack of credit, I had to fund my business ventures using my own finances. I was able to afford a high-rise condo in downtown Baltimore and two luxury vehicles, but I still lacked access to a crucial capital.” So he sought the help of professionals to fix his credit score.

After consulting with four credit companies, each failing him, he had enough. He knew he needed something or someone who had an experience. That was when he met his mentor, who gave him the “keys to the kingdom.” Within a year, he had secured over $300,000 in funding to scale his business to unprecedented heights. A year later, Jeffrey Oboite is the owner of a business that generates $1,000,000 in revenue. Realizing the power of knowledge, and how it has helped him reach a goal that was once a dream, he created Emerald Score.

Jeffrey Oboite imparts to his clients the same things that his mentor taught him. From the secrets of leveraging funds through credit to managing the finances afterward, Emerald Score guides people so that they can start the dreams they think are impossible. “Emerald Score is defined by results. This means we don’t create excuses, we create results.” The methods and the technology that the company uses are known by less than 3% in the industry. This only adds to the fact that Emerald Score is a one-of-a-kind company.

Their client-centered approach makes it a healthy environment for clients to air out their concerns and elaborate on their goals. Jeffrey Oboite listens to his clients. And he does it with empathy. He was once a client searching for a better perspective only to end up with no results. And he does not want it to happen to his clients on his watch. To him, every client is as important as the other.

Looking ahead, Jeffrey Oboite aims for global dominion. He believes that Emerald Score will soon become a global platform reaching millions and steering their lives for the better. This will be his legacy.
