Nestled in New Rochelle, New York, an epicenter of the Covid-19 pandemic, is the dynamic group of young entrepreneurs behind Game Head Inc. Amid the health crisis, the online community of amateur gamers offers income and an outlet for the lockdown population.

The organization houses a community of amateur gamers who build their skill sets on an interactive social platform. Through Game Head Inc., gamers are allowed to take home much-needed income, especially in the current face of mass unemployment.

Game Head Inc. is the brainchild of 22-year-old wunderkind David Zogo who serves as the company’s CEO. “During a recent meeting I had with New Rochelle’s Mayor Noam Bramson, I outlined my vision to deploy Game Head as a platform to provide a livelihood to potential content creators. Many have lost their income from the current world health crisis COVID-19. Game Head is hoping to bring back some of that lost revenue not only to New Rochelle but around the globe,” says David.

As current records report the rise in gaming and esports involvement during the pandemic, Game Head Inc. is taking over the platform and using it not just as a stage for entertainment but for philanthropy as well. Fueled by the company motto of “people over profit,” Game Head Inc. is launching several initiatives in the weeks to come, including a free online competition that will have a cash prize of $2,000 every month, a total of $12,000 in available prize money.

“We take the impact of the coronavirus seriously at Game Head, many on our team have had family members and close friends become infected by this virus,” David shares. The gaming company CEO has also lost a loved one to the virus last April 2020. The woman, Dr. Bishop Primrose James, was someone David considered his grandmother and is the inspiration for Game Head Inc.’s Primrose Trophy. “In her memory, Game Head is launching the Primrose Trophy, an award given to winners of the Xbox and PS4 contest along with a $500 cash prize.”

Dedicated to securing income for their community, Game Head Inc. will also be giving away $20,000 for free next month. With the prize money taken straight from the company’s pocket, Game Head Inc. is giving out 10,000 dollars to play FIFA.

To participate, the gaming company encourages its reach to upload a video on Instagram, where the gamer will talk about why they believe they are the most entertaining superstar and why they deserve to win $10,000. The giveaway is centered on the five boroughs, Nassau County, and Westchester.

The other half of Game Head Inc.’s 20,000 dollar giveaway will be for a charity Fortnite match played by New York State lawmakers. For only 20 minutes, these politicians will battle in Fortnite, and the winner will be able to decide to whom they will send the money, someone from the lawmaker’s district who has been severely impacted by the coronavirus. The winning politician will get to decide which individual on Game Head Inc.’s list will keep the $10,000.

“We are calling on lawmakers to partner with us to give $10,000 to someone in need. It is costing us everything. But we are sacrificing everything to make a difference, we believe kids can change the world. It’s not a million but it is all we have.”

With the COVID-19 pandemic raging outdoors, Game Head Inc. is endeavoring to be a game-changer, providing gamers from New Rochelle to Ethiopia the opportunity to stay physically distanced, socially connected, and monetarily sound.
