An Executive Mortgage Loan Originator for 15 years, Albert Chavez, believes that everyone needs to find a balance between their mind, body and soul to use their potential completely. While doing so one needs to develop a sense of gratitude. Gratitude is something, he says, that needs to be practiced everyday to gain success in life.

There is nothing more satisfying for Chavez than helping a new homeowner get their new home keys. He says, “Their smiles are priceless.” He has helped many families to either buy or refinance their home loans. He is filled with gratitude that the clients chose him to work with them.

As a loan originator, Chavez analyzes which type of loan is right for the clients. Once his advice has been taken, he also makes sure the loan application is structured right, the pricing of the loan is appropriate and the client receives the payment.

Chavez’s work has a lot of heart in it and it has been duly recognized by the industry. He has been awarded Top 1% Originator for United Wholesale Mortgage. He is ranked in the ‘Top 25’ mortgage broker in the US. He has worked with over 1700 in loan production, calculated to be around $632 million in funded loans.

When asked to advise the younger generation about the business, Chavez says that the youngsters should learn to identify the needs of the people and advice and provide a service accordingly. The institutes and colleges will not guarantee success in the field but to learn how to do a sale skillfully while keeping the needs of clients in mind all the time will help one gain tremendous success in their business.
