However, through the years with learning umpteen number of things, failing at many instances and then getting up all over again to do it differently, all this and more made Aziz gain a lot of rich experience and inculcate in him managerial skills. Soon, he turned towards success by owning a chain of stores and becoming the CEO of many large companies.
Today, Aziz is not only a highly experienced manager but is also an intellectual and a contemporary entrepreneur who leads a large flour mill in Sharjah and at the same time is also a blogger and an influencer, inspiring many lives. Life took a turn for him in 2011 when he moved to Dubai to lead the launch and construction of a large flour mill. However, since the founders of the firm were dissatisfied with the existing team, a golden opportunity landed in Aziz’s hands where he had to recruit his own team and restart all the work. Even after facing a lot many hurdles that came his way to fulfilling this project, Aziz through his managerial experience and his ability to cope with tasks managed the entire project with a strong mind and team and made it a success.
Aziz today wears the hat of the CEO of the flour enterprise which produces all types of bran, wheat flour and semolina. Slowly and steadily, this company has grown its business and have transmuted into a compelling and successful company which is only finding ways to reach more of its business goals each day and touch the skies. All this have been made possible by Aziz who has worked day and night to make this enterprise a profitable one.
