CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co.,Ltd. Xiamen Branch Conduct exchanges and discussions with Jimei University focusing on the field of Ocean Engineering

On September 13, Xu Weijian, deputy director of the Scientific Research Office of Jimei University, and his delegation visited the Intelligent Manufacturing Assembly Office of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch to conduct scientific and technological exchanges and discussions. Guo Xinjie, deputy chief engineer of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch, Yan Xiaofeng, deputy director of the Wind Power R&D Office, Rao Qing, chief engineer of the Intelligent Manufacturing Assembly Department, heads of various departments and relevant personnel from the ship construction department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch introduced in detail the company’s development history, business scope, development achievements, future plans, and main research directions in the field of intelligent manufacturing of ocean engineering.

Representatives from Jimei University spoke highly of the corporate culture and technical strength of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch, and shared the school’s scientific research results and cooperation vision in the field of ocean engineering. The two parties conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as mechanical anti-fatigue and vibration elimination technology, floating wind turbine floating body stability analysis of offshore wind power systems, offshore anti-corrosion materials, ship informatization, unmanned underwater vehicle, wave energy power generation, ocean engineering underwater cleaning, and safety emergency intelligence, as well as the joint construction of innovation stations between schools and enterprises, and reached a consensus on the direction and goals of future cooperation.

Both parties agreed that both CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch and Jimei University have been deeply involved in the field of ocean engineering for decades. 

School-enterprise cooperation can achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing, promote the innovative development of ocean engineering technology, promote the implementation of scientific and technological innovation projects and the transformation of results, contribute to the innovation and development of ocean engineering technology, and jointly create a blue future.
