How Ukraine’s Young IT Entrepreneur Vadim Mashurov Got His Success Right

Vadim Mashurov, the ingenious, brave, and innovative young Ukrainian, is one of the country’s top-rated IT entrepreneurs. But success in IT is not something that Vadim inherited; neither was it given to him. Instead, the young IT guru has had to break limits to achieve the impossible at such a young age. At only 14 years of age, his expertise was already in international demand – he managed to get a remote job with a USA-based IT firm.

As a kid, Vadim Mashurov loved technology and always had a strong desire for innovation. His choice to pursue studies in this field can be said to be the brainchild of his success in IT.

The Road to Success

Success is relative, or at least that is what the young entrepreneur believes, and to maintain any level of success, you must keep on innovating. This is what has kept Mashurov going in the ever-changing world of IT.

Having started as an employed IT programmer, he got all the motivation, insights, and skills to visualize a dream. He set his target and worked towards setting up a Fintech company. Together with his partner, Vadim Mashurov co-founded Instime in 2019. Instime is a social media digital market product for Instagram users that helps business promotion and monetization.

“Instime is the brainchild of my friend, and although I was against a joint implementation, he insisted on it,” communes the humble IT technocrat explaining that he was more of a Fintech guy as opposed to Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Instime was an instant success after it scaled to 100 countries within the first 3 months of its launch. Mashurov’s company that developed Instime is also among the few developers of financial markets instruments and is noted as a leader in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Vadim attributes the success of Instime to belief in oneself, teamwork, and talent. But like any other business, preliminary market research can help shape the direction of a company in the path to success. “During the development process, according to preliminary analytics, we understood that the product would be in demand,” Vadim explains.

According to the Ukrainian entrepreneur, his success has been influenced by the business environment he began in. He further adds that prioritizing his goals and drawing lessons from other experts has helped his success.

Sharing Knowledge with The ‘Big Boys’

Despite his IT innovation only being a few months old, Vadim was contacted by many giant corporations. The companies requested data sharing on decentralized technologies, something he specialized in.

“A lot of successful international projects reached out to us for our knowledge, and we were glad to ‘share’ it,” Mashurov reveals.

His Advice to Young People

Vadim advises young people to implement much of what they learned instead of spending so much time on the definition. He believes high learning can help young people fork out a career path, although he acknowledges that the quality of education varies from one country to another.

Upcoming Projects

In line with promoting education, the Ukrainian Elon Musk plans to develop an international financial ecosystem that will boost financial literacy from an early age.

He also has plans to make the financial world flawless with a full range of services and transactions free of middlemen.
