There is a huge movement these days fighting for female empowerment. The desire to see women make decisions in areas of life where they were not allowed before. The need to see female representation and hear their experiences. The want to witness the success of a woman who creates and shares her own knowledge. It is not just a trending topic, it is the desire to change the way in which women have been viewed for decades.

Many young women have redirected and focused their career to show a woman can do anything she sets her mind to. So, what can be more inspiring than seeing a female work to achieve this? Seeing two of them following their dreams while inspiring others like them to go against the stereotypes, the pre-established norms, and do what they have always wanted to do. Yes, we are talking about Joty Kay and Neha Shaida with their brand new podcast Brown Queens.

Who are the Voices Behind the Podcast?

Podcasts become successful when they are hosted by knowledgeable, entertaining, and inspiring people. Although it premiered last month, Brown Queens has everything it needs to become one of the most listened to shows. That is thanks to the voices you hear when pressing play. But who are these funny, witty, talented, appealing, and resourceful women?

Joty Kay is the host of a Radio talk show titled Joty Kay Uncut. On her show, she shares her fearless, bold personality by talking about her experiences and her opinions. Her talent as a host has led her to be a part of different shows. Currently, she can be heard in New Music Video Thursday with Dash Radio. Neha Shaida is just as well-known in the Radio industry with her degree in Journalism and her Master in Media. She used to work at Power 106 and can be heard hosting her own show in Las Vegas every day from 10AM to 3PM.

Separately they are incredible, and together they are a force to be reckoned with. They decided to combine their expertise, life experience, technical knowledge, and industry insight to create a podcast that would leave the audience feeling good and wanting more. With three episodes out on Spotify, these ladies continue to climb the ladder to success.

What to Expect when Listening to Them?

Every listener chooses a podcast for a particular reason. We want to laugh, learn something, have a good time, or be entertained on our commute to work or while performing some mundane task. Those voices in our headphones are the ones that will make the next few minutes of our lives be worthier, and we want to spend them with someone who is good and inspiring. Lucky for us, Brown Queens is exactly that!

When tuning in to this show, audiences everywhere can expect to have a good time and share a laugh. These two queens have been working in the entertainment industry for a few years while figuring life out. For about 50 minutes, they take over the microphone and talk about crazy Indian families, dating, pop culture, stereotypes, and working as women in a male dominated industry. They give an insight to the life of empowered females who are the bridge between two cultures. Their show is there for so many Americans to relate and enjoy.

The Brown Queens of Empowerment

Although they may not have always seen themselves as a source of inspiration, these Brown Queens are becoming proof of empowerment. Joty Kay and Neha Shaida have left their fears behind to make their voices be heard. Their years of experience have given them enough knowledge to share with other women who might be in their same situation. If you are looking to have a good time and feel empowered, this is the podcast for you.
