Even though the world is rapidly progressing towards major advancements, the mindsets of people are still moving forward at a significantly slower pace, and for some people, even a point of stagnation has been reached. These people lose the capabilities to think from a broader perspective. Breaking all stereotypes is Omar Khaled El Dokani, the Group CEO of InterJoin Limited.

Why is he in the spotlight? El Dokani, a young man born in Cairo, Egypt, has become one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the world. Born on January 16, 2002, the youngster has come up with a concept that has taken the world of startups and entrepreneurship by a storm. InterJoin, a professional networking platform, aims to revolutionize the way individuals connect and mutually benefit off one another. The company has brought different flavors to the networking industry allowing users to benefit from a wider scale of tools and concepts, simplifying your day to day networking procedures.

Mr. El Dokani developed a core team of four individuals, including him, to work on InterJoin in the early development stages. The executive committee included Andris Akmentins as PM, George Dumitru as Lead Designer, and Piotr Kuczynski as Lead Tech Developer. Omar El Dokani sits as Chairman and CEO of InterJoin.

A Powerful Concept, advancing networking for the better.

InterJoin is set to be launched in 2021. The company additionally addresses the rate of failed business ideas due to a lack of funding. InterJoin plans to help counter this long standing issue by implementing their mutually beneficial concept ‘Service Exchange’. Funding is, without any doubt, one of the most difficult phases in the life of a business owner. More than half of startups and small-scale businesses fail to make it past a year due to the lack of adequate persistent cash flow & funding.

InterJoin was able to successfully detect the volatility and instability in the current market. The turnaround rate for execution has been impeccable. A fully functional prototype was finalized with a budget of 30,000 USD and 25 working days. The CEO states, “InterJoin is aims to help reduce or eliminate some of the employment costs individuals or entities may have to incur. Instead, individuals can opt to trade their skills in return for their needed service.”

El Dokani, the CEO of InterJoin, believes that his company will give opportunities to all types of businesses, individuals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to capitalize on the mutually beneficial concept. In addition to this, these individuals can grow and improve their ideas regardless of financial resources. InterJoin is expected to serve as a platform that will offer all types of transactions. The system, designed by the ExCom team, is considerably contributing to the grouping of all work-related tasks in the hope of eliminating the switching between platforms to cater to their user needs. The CEO briefly described platform features in the following words, “Users will have access to all networking tools to grow their circle, and will also have the ability to use exclusive messaging and connecting mediums on the platform.”

About Omar K. El Dokani

Aged only 18, the achievements of these remarkable milestones may come as a surprise to some. Omar El Dokani who now has an estimated net worth of 2.75 million US Dollars, founded his company during his late time at Millfield School in the United Kingdom, where he completed his high school education on scholarship. InterJoin has received a large spark of praise and recognition for their efficiency in turnaround and their agile and versatile business model.

Mr. El Dokani holds a dual nationality, being a citizen of Egypt and Morocco. The youngster grew up in the United States and now resides in the United Arab Emirates. He speaks 4 languages fluently.

His efforts have brought the company to finalizing the largest Series A investment deal to come out of the Middle East at a figure of 375,000 USD. The young boy, serving as one of the youngest CEOs in the world, will return to his education, once InterJoin acquires a stable ground.

The young man is breaking stereotypes and proving to world that success comes with consistent hard work, determination, and self-belief, rather than age.
