L.T. Ryan: Turning Trauma into a Global Mission of Love and Truth

In a world where truth is often obscured by power, fear, and profit, author and independent investigative journalist L.T. Ryan emerges as a rare voice of clarity and compassion. His life’s work is not just about writing—it’s about awakening. A survivor of deep trauma, a scholar of truth, and a champion of nonviolent activism, Ryan has dedicated his journey to helping humanity uncover the root causes of unnecessary suffering and to ignite a global movement toward healing through love, truth, and unity.

L.T. Ryan is the author of Humanity’s Enlightenment Into Our Basic Human Need to Love One Another, the first volume of a powerful three-book series titled Love & Truth. Twenty years in the making, this groundbreaking book blends memoir, philosophy, investigative research, and motivational narrative into a transformative guide for individual and collective healing. Published in May 2025, the book has already reached #1 in multiple categories internationally in both the US & UK Amazon websites and has inspired countless readers to think deeper, feel more fully, and act more compassionately.

Born into a life of hardship—enduring abuse, racial discrimination, wrongful imprisonment, physical trauma, and the loss of vision in one eye at age three—Ryan’s story is one of profound resilience. Despite facing these extraordinary challenges, he chose not to be defined by pain, but instead to transmute it into purpose. His healing became a beacon for others. His pen became his tool of change.

Ryan’s academic background is as expansive as his life experience. He studied writing, communication, investigative journalism, poetry, ethics, and philosophy in college while also pursuing independent research into global corruption. His studies were never limited to the classroom—he delved into who funds mainstream information, traced financial conflicts of interest, and uncovered systemic injustice which helped fuel lawsuits, spark arrest warrants, and even led to the creation of a globally shared documentary titled “Gift of Love…Angel Messenger.”

What sets Ryan apart is his unapologetic authenticity. He writes not for fame, but for impactful inspiration. His goal is to help others see the invisible patterns beneath suffering—namely, fear, overinflated ego, and selfishness—and recognize that our essential human purpose is to love one another as one equal human family. His work is deeply spiritual and philosophical, yet firmly grounded in real-world issues that matter including child abuse, discrimination, censorship, financial conflicts of interest causing corruption, and environmental degradation, among others.

Humanity’s Enlightenment is not just a book; it is a movement. It offers interactive resources—videos, documentaries, peer-reviewed research, and independent journalism—guiding readers far beyond the printed page. Ryan uniquely incorporates social media links as a practical and symbolic act: to challenge censorship and to encourage decentralized access to truth. If these links disappear post-publication, it will only underscore the urgency of his message and the reality of the suppression he critiques.

Ryan has been praised by U.S. Senators, human rights organizations, and college professors alike. He has held public speaking roles at colleges and activist events, led nonviolent movements like the Portland March Against Monsanto, and seen his independent research featured by Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and the International Criminal Court’s social media platforms.

In addition to his intellectual and activist achievements, Ryan’s eclectic life includes being a scholarship-winning athlete on a national championship wrestling team, a featured dancer in an MTV music video, and a founder of community art and music events like “Community Love” and “Nu Horizon.” These diverse expressions all flow from the same source: a passionate desire to uplift and unify humanity.

Among Ryan’s greatest influences are thought leaders like Chögyam Trungpa, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi, George Orwell, and Del Bigtree. Their impact is evident in his philosophy and prose—rooted in peace, guided by inner awareness, and committed to independent truth.

His message is clear: healing the world begins with healing ourselves. If we do not first identify the root causes of our division and pain—both individually and globally—then we cannot hope to build a more compassionate and just world. His book is a roadmap for that process. It invites readers to reflect, research independently, and join a collective shift toward love and truth.

For those seeking a new path forward—whether survivors of trauma, seekers of meaning, truth-tellers, activists, or anyone who believes the world can and must be better—L.T. Ryan’s work offers not just a perspective, but a revolution of the heart.

Profits from this book will be reinvested into helping equal human rights, independent journalism, nonviolent activism, environmental sustainability, and nonprofit causes internationally.
