It is no news that women have gone underrepresented when it comes to crypto; this may be because of the undesirably low percentage of women involved in crypto or simply because the male dominance in the crypto world creates a resistance for women to succeed in the field. However, some women were able to break the stereotypes and have acquired a stature in crypto. One of these brilliant women is Amy Matsushima. Amy observed that the crypto sector and metaverse need more involvement of women to make crypto a more diverse world where both men and women can build their wealth effortlessly. Therefore, Amy came up with the idea of “Women Of Crypto,” where you can find a collection of almost 8888 3D avatars that can be used in the metaverse.

A metaverse is a 3D space where you can socialize with other people and get a hold of business opportunities by seeking assistance with AR and VR technologies. To create an identity in the metaverse, you will need an avatar. Amy is hiking the interest of women in the field of crypto by generating NFT avatars that define their uniqueness and allow them to have a solid identity when in the metaverse. NFTs act as one of the best gateways that have allowed women to enter because NFTs require creativity to be created and women are chock-full of artistry. The result of Amy’s efforts in bringing women to the crypto realm has been successful to quite an extent. Furthermore, she stresses that every woman must educate herself regarding crypto as it is an ideal platform for business and making oneself financially independent.

Amy has always had a business mindset and her involvement in the car and boat business is just another indication of how much of a powerful woman she is in the business sector. It was in 2019 that Amy started a trade and investment journey in crypto and it did not take her long to get a hang of the nooks and crannies of the crypto world. The only thing that bothered Amy was the disbelief in the eyes of people when she walked to her boat or attended meetings where the majority was of men. She wanted to get rid of the idea that only men can be involved or succeed in such businesses. That’s why bridging the gender gap is of so much significance to her. She chose the field of crypto for women as it is much more fruitful and easy to learn for women all over the world.

The male and female minds work quite differently therefore, the involvement of women in crypto might bring some new and impressive changes. Women Of Crypto is still in its initial phase, after a few months, the number of women in crypto might multiply considerably as Amy and her team are working endlessly to reach more women and give them an identity in the metaverse to create a change. A metaverse is an excellent place for women to start their financial independence journey
