He also signed with one of the top talent management companies, Kreative Artists, or Kreative Media Partners, the leading IMDbPro from February to November of 2020. Lucas is eyeing to land more projects, working tirelessly through seven to ten auditions weekly.
In addition, his feature film, In The Defense Against Tyranny, will premiere at the famous TCL Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard this month. Consequently, his movie, The Knocking, with Alexis Knapp, Shiloh Fernandez, Shakira Barrera, and Robin William’s daughter, Zelda Williams, is set to release this year and is quickly gaining traction amongst film enthusiasts. With such a diverse portfolio and a great array of projects awaiting him this year, Lucas shared that this is merely the beginning of the long reign he is eyeing in the entertainment scene.

Hence, he continually learns by working with some of the best names in the entertainment industry, such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Bruce Willis, Omar Benson Miller, Arielle Kebbel, Morris Chestnut, Donald Faison, Abbie Cornish, Courtney Eaton, Rainey Qualley, and Leonardo Nam. He has also trained under top-notch acting coaches in Hollywood, including Lesly Kahn, Annie Grindlay, and director David Rountree.
As someone belonging to the immigrant minority, Lucas Lockwood had a hard time breaking stereotypes. He persevered through the challenging and treacherous battle to become a full-time Hollywood actor.
“My journey as an actor started many years ago, and it wasn’t easy. Being an immigrant minority in a world where hate and segregation is still prevalent, we cannot allow that to hold us back from pursuing our dreams and aspirations,” shared the actor. “There is a reason why we are born with the burning passion for pursuing these dreams that sometimes feel too far-fetched. But in reality, that is who we are called to be, and we are too important. Our voices are too vital to bring beautiful change to this world, but it will only happen if you believe in yourself and know that it can and will happen in time.”
Despite the challenges, Lucas continues to pursue his passion, and he is almost a decade into the game, weaving his own narrative on how one can thrive in Hollywood.
