Age is often seen as a relevant factor in any profession, especially in the real estate industry. But Bryce Taylor proves that age is never an issue so long as one is driven to deliver unparalleled services. The 20-year-old real estate phenomenon has been making waves in the landscape since he started. Today, he is part of one of the most established firms in the Big Apple and has helped countless clients find the best properties in the market.

Bryce Taylor prides himself for being “the people’s agent,” as he has successfully made himself known as someone who will go above and beyond for his clients. Bryce makes the entire real estate buying and selling process more pleasant than what it is. He always goes out of his way to ensure that his customers smile and laugh, even on rainy days. In turn, his clients not only trust him for his professional work but also commends him for genuinely caring for them personally.

Bryce Taylor is currently affiliated with a real estate company called Corcoran, one of New York City’s leading firms equipped with the latest technology and marketing materials one would need to excel in the field.

Unlike many real estate professionals, Bryce Taylor invested in broadening his knowledge to be well-versed in both commercial and residential real estate properties, a quality that’s not often present in agents in the industry.

However, Bryce Taylor’s focus was never solely on real estate. Like others, he also explored many paths first before finally finding his true passion.

“I worked several jobs over the past years,” Bryce Taylor recalled. “I worked at the Botanical Garden, Ernst & Young, 1199 Benefit Fund, etc. But I came to the conclusion that I ultimately want to work for myself and be in complete control of what I do,” he added. All while seeking to become an autonomous professional, Bryce still wanted to leverage on his people skills and talent for communication. And so, he found himself completely drawn into the real estate industry, where he now has the freedom and control over his time and energy while ultimately maximizing his potential around others.

Although, being in the real estate industry has never been easy for Bryce Taylor. He also had to face some challenges here and here, primarily because of his age. The real estate landscape is predominantly occupied by older professionals, but Bryce never considered his age as a disadvantage.

“My being younger than other agents has proven to be very beneficial to me and my clients because of my innate understanding of technology and social media. This has allowed me to better market and attract more eyes to my clients’ properties, helping them get multiple offers at or above asking price,” Bryce Taylor said. “I am trusted by many people, from foreign CEOs to local business owners. They trust me to handle all of their real estate transactions because they know that I can not only get the job done but get the results that they want,” he added.

Besides excelling in his professional career, Bryce Taylor is also passionate about leaving an impact on his community by continually giving back as much as possible. He can be frequently seen offering his assistance at homeless shelters, park cleanups, toy drives, food drives, get out and votes, and more. With such a big heart for others, Bryce aims to inspire other professionals to use their success to uplift communities.
