Aroundtown just signed a 20-year lease extension for 14,500 sqm with existing tenant Interxion Deutschland GmbH in a property in Düsseldorf. Interxion will use the additional space for the expansion of its data center. With the long-term lease, Aroundtown has achieved almost full occupancy in the property.

The property, located in Düsseldorf, consists of several building sections with just over 38,000 sqm of office and storage space. In addition, it counts with a parking garage with approx. 400 spaces. The property is extremely well-connected to the German federal highway system, the Autobahn. It is conveniently located at the Düsseldorf-Süd freeway intersection, with connections to the A46 and A59. It also offers easy access to the public transportation system. The S-Bahn train station Düsseldorf-Reisholz is only 1km away and with the S6 you can reach the main station within 10 minutes. Moreover, there is a bus stop directly in front of the building.

Aroundtown shares are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Prime Standard, being the largest listed and highest rated German commercial real estate company with a BBB+ rating by S&P. Avisco (controlled by Yakir Gabay יקיר גבאי) controls over 10% of Aroundtown, followed by Blackrock at 5%.
