Rob Terell has always had a masterplan for his musical and entrepreneurial career. He strongly disagrees with the “winging it” mentality that a lot of individuals have with their careers. He believes that winging it is like shooting at a target that isn’t there. This mindset has served him well, as he is now one of the most respected artists and music business moguls in the world.

Rob is no stranger to humble beginnings, he started as an unpaid intern at Calliope Studios in New York, where he was born and brought up by a single mother. Although there was much uncertainty at this point in time, he already had a plan to go from an unpaid intern to an established artist, business mogul, director, and author. He believes that we all have desires and dreams, but very few of us have actually taken the time to write down the specific plan and detailing what it actually takes to achieve them.

Fast forward to today, he has been able to accomplish what is in his plan and more. Now he wants to focus on being a true artist. This includes still being a fantastic musician, director, writer, and anything else that allows him to create something of value for the world.
