Esmeralda is the founder of Elite Vision Media, a boutique public relations agency that specializes in publicity, management, styling, branding, and marketing. Speaking on how her journey began, Baez shares, “It began many years ago, I’ve always been surrounded by industry people, So it felt like the dream field to work in, especially since I’m a fan of the arts.” Based in New York, Elite Vision Media has the personal touch of a boutique-style agency; individual, effective, and creative.
Esmeralda Baez and her team are currently representing both national and international brands and individuals across industries including music, entertainment, lifestyle, and hospitality. She cites most of her success as being a result of persistency, saying, “I would say Consistency, but also understanding the importance of building relationships and adding value to others.”
Of course, being a woman in a male-dominated industry is no easy task and Baez recognizes that. Esmeralda’s goal is to create exposure, awareness, and buzz as she continues to make waves in the PR industry. She adds, “Being a woman in a male-dominated industry is not easy, but it sure motivates me to be and do better every day. I have to say, that I feel blessed and thankful to have a great team of men leaders on my team and as colleagues.”
