At The Forefront of B2B e-Commerce, Eelaff.com Seeks to Take The Lead

E-commerce is currently booming worldwide, at a time where consumers increasingly purchase online from home due to COVID-19-related lockdown, and an ever-growing number of businesses too turn to the digital world to enter transactions with other companies. In fact, the online B2B (business-to-business) market came close to reaching $7 trillion at the end of 2020, according to a study by forbes.com. Yet, until recently, there remained a need for an efficient and secure global B2B e-commerce platform catering more specifically to the Middle Eastern and African markets. Customers from these two regions suffer from a dearth of online paying methods adapted to them, and, for some, reside in deadlocked countries that lack a port.

Enters Eelaff.com, a rising U.A.E. B2B e-commerce platform, which, after three years of painstaking preparations, intends to remedy the situation. The company’s chairman, Salman Bushleibi, a planner and thinker with a background in Dubai tourism and an acute business sense and leadership skills, alongside Najla Naif Alyafei, the company’s CEO, who has applied her marketing acumen to working in leading management positions internationally, conceived Eelaff.com with the aim of trustfully and efficiently not only connecting buyers to factories but also exceeding their expectations. An ambitious venture envisioned to soon become the number one platform for B2B transactions worldwide, Eelaff.com operates from a website and a mobile-phone application, enabling businesspeople to purchase from a rapidly expanding array of goods with a click of the mouse or the tap of the finger. A multiple-language platform, Eelaff.com is highly secured, with no third-party involvement. It has partnered with Microsoft to create a highly-secured platform, which guarantees that products will safely reach clients, thanks to contracts with factories approved with local governments, and dedicated after-sales care.

Designed to be user-friendly, Eelaff.com leverages both Artificial Intelligence and human interaction to help facilitate clients’ transactions, and to foster trust between buyers and suppliers. Indeed, at the core of Eelaff.com’s mission is to build a trustworthy company that reduces buying expenses and eases payment methods for customers: it provides payment solutions tailored to each country and each business’s specific requirements on a multilingual platform. With a philosophy fostering integrity, innovation, collaboration, and long-term value creation, what makes Eelaff.com unique is its attention to quality control and its worldwide reach. It is also, unlike many other e-commerce solutions, quite flexible, as small businesses are allowed to buy samples to try before buying in bulk. Eventually, Eelaff.com chairman Bushleibi states, Eelaff.com”would love to see new business owners popping up from the lower income communities to be able to purchase from Eelaff.com and selling off in their communities.”
