Meet Daniel Massimino, a Young Pittsburgh Entrepreneur Changing the Landscape of The Credit Repair Industry for the Better

Today credit repair companies are growing at rapid speeds and for good reason; people need improved scores.  With so many companies to choose from, the decision to find the right fit is becoming harder. It is no secret that credit repair companies have received their fair share of bad reviews; however, one company is out to change the landscape of the industry for the better. Meet the Founder and CEO of Credit Connection, Daniel Massimino.

Daniel Massimino is a local Pittsburgh native who created Credit Connection. He remembers a time when he needed help with his credit and the downfalls he faced when dealing with different companies. It was not until he started working for a credit repair company that he was able to identify key pain points for customers. He took this newfound knowledge with him when he started Credit Connection. Dan says, “I remember feeling frustrated at times during the process and I knew if I ever had my own company, I would change things up for a better overall experience.” Dan set out on his new mission to build the ideal customer experience and implemented it into Credit Connection.

Since then, Daniel has seen growth in epic proportions, and he owes it all the 5-core model he mapped out while building out his business. His goal is to provide star treatment to every client that enters his program. Dan says, “It all begins with listening and then creating a strategy that is customizable for the client. People are looking for help in a very vulnerable time in their lives and being attentive to their needs is what separates the good companies from the great ones.”

It is understood that credit and finance are a sensitive topic for most, and having a safe place is especially important for clients. Credit Connection aims to provide a professional level of service and integrity for everyone who signs up for their program. If there is one key take away from Credit Connection, it is exceptional service. Now, other credit repair business owners look to Dan as a mentor in the industry because they want to bring the same level of service into their own business.

Give Credit Connection a call and let them provide you with the exceptional service and value every customer deserves. Connect with them through their website.
