Paola El Sitt looks relaxed and refreshed, sitting in her new home in the center of Dubai. Life has been moving at a frenetic pace since she relocated from her homeland, Lebanon. Expanding business ventures, a beautiful new home, and incredible partnerships – nothing stops the entrepreneur, fashion and beauty icon.

Upon Paola’s move to Dubai, UAE coffee brand Emirati Coffee, the nation’s largest specialty coffee roastery, was quick to initiate a partnership. Always an advocate for building long-term collaborations with brands aligned with her beliefs, Paola began developing her signature coffee blend. Incorporating the finest beans sourced from Brazil, Guatemala, and Colombia, the ‘Senorita Paola’ Latin blend is a deliciously sweet treat with caramel undertones.

Paola prides herself on her hands-on involvement with all her projects. Alongside her coffee blend, she has also developed a fragrance line. Sourced in Paris and created in the UAE, the brand is set to expand to include one additional female fragrance alongside two male ones.

While radiating with glamour and beauty, Paola has never waived from her girl-next-door humility, strict work ethic and unflinching honesty. She has been candidly sharing the ups and the downs of her entrepreneurial journey, which has fostered a real sense of unity and community in her online followers, with whom she communicates personally. Her foremost aim has always been to empower women and encourage them on their journey to financial independence. Paola indeed has long been inspired by the strong women in her own life. Both her grandmother and mother provided for their families by running a clothing business during the Lebanese Civil war, a venture which developed into a boutique clothing brand.

Always the achiever, Paola was insistent that she pursue her passions. For her graduating project at university, she developed her own brand and website, Mademoiselle Paola. She earned the highest grades and received praise from esteemed international agencies. This is when her business took off.

Paola’ success story is paving the way for young Arab businesswomen. When she launched her company, she was one of the first eCommerce businesses in Lebanon. Since then, she has gone on to become the first Arab online personality to collaborate with an international brand, when Maybelline New York developed an exclusive lip liner with her.

Paola’s move to Dubai signals a regeneration and new chapter for herself and her entrepreneurial ventures. Yet, she without a doubt still embodies the fierce, resilient spirit of her Lebanese homeland. As she builds on her new partnership with Emirati coffee and other prestigious brands, the future looks bright and certainly busy for as Mademoiselle Paola expands
