Many people dream of making it big in the entertainment industry, whether it’s on television, film, or the music industry. Every year, countless talents flock to Hollywood to chase that dream only to be shot down with the reality that it’s not that easy. Caroline Adegun is an individual who builds up dreamers and keeps them on their feet. She is known as the Hollywood Wingwoman.

Caroline Adegun is a two-time alumnus of the George Washington University, having obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Organizational Communications and Masters of Arts in Education and Human Development. She considers herself to be a people builder and believes that her purpose in life is to motivate others to do something positive in their lives by creating a feeling of hope and confidence. When she’s done that, she points their hope to a direction that helps them make changes that living a successful and satisfying life requires.

The Hollywood Wingwoman didn’t always start where she is now. Caroline started off as senior recruitment professional. When she resigned and moved to Los Angeles, she learned that many artists end up falling into depression or homeless, drained from trying to make their dreams a reality. Coming from a ministry dedicated to reminding people battling depression of God’s love for them, Caroline’s heart became connected to the needs of the artists she met every day.

She started traveling from hostel to hostel, living with, interviewing, and building relationships with the homeless and low-income entertainers, learning about their challenges and what they felt they lacked to succeed. Caroline learned about the cost of photoshoots, workshops, and equipment and how they were supposed to launch their careers but only seemed to push their dream to the bottom of the priority list due to rent and food on the table.

Caroline decided that she would follow her purpose and launched the first non-profit talent development firm in Hollywood called ‘The Hollywood Wingwoman,’ dedicated to homeless and low-income entertainers and artists. With her organization, Caroline is able to use her greatest strength to build rapport and form meaningful relationships quickly with people easily. She looks for opportunities to encourage others and bring out the best in themselves and accomplish their dreams. Caroline makes excellent use of her passion for enriching others’ lives through direct one-on-one outreach, tangible resources, and empowerment.

As a personal and business brand consultant, Caroline Adegun teaches clients how to brand and market themselves online and in social settings. Caroline is also a Plus Fashion Marketing Creator, and is dedicated to being a voice of body inclusivity in the fashion industry. She and her best friend Carmen Rosas recently launched their own dancing fashion series that showcases body inclusive brands and their killer dance moves.

Caroline has partnered with multiple industry experts, including Erica Lauren, Sophie Turner, and Chardline Chanel-Faiteau, as well as Personal Stylists Nekiah Torres and Tiera Adeyanju (Atarah), to provide clients with one-on-one mentorships and consultations throughout the program.

What makes Hollywood Wingwoman unique from other organizations is their faith in God, empowerment, inspiration, and motivation as the center of their organization. They believe that every creative, artist, entertainer, musician, model, and the likes can reach their full potential in Hollywood with the right support, resources, and guidance.

Caroline sees The Hollywood Wingwoman as a thriving non-profit in years to come, supported by hundreds of celebrities, individuals, influencers, and businesses who have a passion for helping entertainers succeed in Hollywood.
