McIntosh Bros Productions is an award-winning full-service video production company based in Atlanta, Georgia, that specializes in commercial, brand, and event capture. Their work has been featured on 20th Century Fox Hollywood, Cannes Film Festival, and USA Today, to name a few.

Founded by brothers Javier and Jabriel, McIntosh Bros Production is a highly creative team of individuals dedicated to capturing beautiful imagery with unparalleled attention to detail. The production group consists of a small group of directors, cinematographers, and editors who possess the knowledge of all things screen and camera in order to deliver a beautifully crafted concept and product to cherish for years to come. McIntosh Bros was given the distinguished honor at the largest student film festival in the world as being one of the top 5 videography editors.

Their professional client list includes brands such as Coca-Cola, Reebok, PayPal, and Kia, which allows them to diversify the clients they work with and expand their talent and vision. McIntosh Bros Productions believes in the power behind a great photo or video, which is why they strive to capture real moments that tell a compelling story.

Javier and Jabriel made their first film when Javier was ten years old and Jabriel was seven. The company’s experienced production team has been making films for over twenty years. Needless to say, they have experience beyond what is normally expected from the average video production company. A great video production company is familiar with all aspects of the creation process: Not only does McIntosh Bros know the production process—from the idea to filming to editing—but they also know the marketing and business sides as well. Javier has a degree in business, and Jabriel has a degree in marketing.

This year, the McIntosh Bros became proud founders of Freeli TV, the world’s first free linear multi-channel streaming platform dedicated to Black entertainment and culture. Freeli TV launched on July 14, 2020, as the world’s first free linear streaming app offering multiple channels with African-American focused tv series, music videos, movies, sports, and more. Freeli TV is 100 percent free, available now on all Android, iOS, and Fire TV devices.

Already, Freeli TV boasts over 50 channels of hyper-targeted content focused on an African American audience. No matter the interest, genre, or affinity, Freeli TV has a channel for everyone. This is evident by its star-studded and diverse array of content featuring the most prominent African American movie stars, TV stars, athletes, comedians, and social media influencers.

Freeli TV is bold and unapologetic about its primary goal of showcasing and providing a platform for content that features people of color. “From a functionality standpoint, Freeli TV is not unlike platforms such as Pluto TV and Xumo. We all have a linear TV style and are 100% free due to our ad-based revenue model. What separates us from those other platforms is that we are intentional about, and dedicated to, super-serving the Black Culture while other free TV style platforms under-serve it,” said J. Carter, founder and CEO.

What’s next for McIntosh Bros Productions? Having shot hundreds of commercials, weddings, and brand pieces, the team is currently focusing their efforts on music videos. They have done under fifty music videos in their career so far and are planning on doing over fifty more in 2021 alone. McIntosh Bros Productions hopes to be the top music video director in Atlanta within the next two years and one of the top directors in the nation within five years.
