Looking fabulous is excellent, but being a professional model is only one of the areas that Carly R Bel is focusing on. For such a driven and passionate young lady, one professional field was never going to be enough. In the following article, Carly is going to share some of the property investment tips that she’s learned in her early career as a property investor.

  1. Plan, plan, and more planning! – It’s essential that you plot out your course and stick with it. If you come up with a property investment plan, then stick with it and don’t deviate from your course. Consult with experts and create a plan that works for your situation and your budget.
  2. Establish a peer network – There’s nothing harder than doing it alone in any field that you choose to work in. Establishing a peer network of professionals in your chosen field will allow you to seize new opportunities, learn from other people’s mistakes, and bounce ideas off when you doubt yourself. You never know what you’ll learn from other experts.
  3. Always double-check the numbers – Never dive into something without thinking it through and always double-check the numbers. No matter how good a property investment appears, always follow through with due diligence before committing yourself. Sometimes it’s easy to get carried away at the moment, but it could end costing you much more in the long run.

If you would like to catch up with Carly and follow her exciting journey, then you can follow her on Instagram @carlyrbel. She’ll brighten up your day! It’s not every day that you come across such a young person with the drive and passion of Carly.
